Using the guide below create your own custom stair tread.

1. Customer approval for building time - 5-10 business days.

2. Choose Wood Species

• Hard Maple
• White Oak
• Red Oak

3. Choose Type

• Basic Tread (Basic, Builder Grade)
• Retread with nosing (Capping Tread, Remolding)
• Profile Retread (Fancier Nose)
• Basic Tread With Riser
• Profile Retread with Riser
• Riser Only

4. Select Dimensions

a. Tread

1. Length: 32” - 48” (add 16th in separate box so they can get exact measurement)
2. Width: 8” - 12”
3. Thickness: 5/8” - 1 1/2”
4. Nose Type
5. Square
6. Round Oversize - 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”
7. Bull Nose

b. Retread With Nosing

1. Length: 32” - 48” (input option)
2. Width: 7 1/8” - 11 1/2” (input option)
3. Tread Thickness: 5/8”, 3/4", 7/8”
4. Nosing Height: 3/4” - 2 1/4” (input option)
5. Nosing Thickness: 7/8” - 1 1/4” (input option)
6. Nose Type
7. Round Oversize - 1/8”, 1/4” (not sure yet)

c. Tread With Riser

1. Length: 32” - 48” (input option)
2. Width: 8” - 12”
3. Thickness: 5/8” - 1 1/2” (input option)
4. Riser Height: Fixed 8”
5. Riser Thickness: 1/2” - 5/8" (one or the other)

d. Profile Retread with Riser
