We ordered white oak cap replacement treads for retreading a staircase. The treads look excellent once installed. We had significant delays in receiving the order but it seems to be no fault of the vendor. It took a few emails/calls, but they kindly resent the order. One tread (out of 17) was split beyond what was reasonable to repair, so we are waiting for a replacement. Otherwise, the remainder of the order was usable and installed nicely. The pricing was competitive and we were pleased with the product. Just give your project plenty of time in case of shipping delays. Otherwise, this has been a wonderful vender to work with when ordering finishing wood products.
